| Unitarian Universalists
for Jewish Awareness is an organization committed to
addressing the Jewish dimension of Unitarian Universalisms
multicultural challenge.
We offer resources to:
- those who have come to Unitarian Universalism from Judaism
- interfaith couples and families
- religious professionals
- anyone with a personal or spiritual interest in Jewish/UU
issues, stories, heritage and resources.
We work to help people deepen their understanding
of Judaism and the ways it has impacted, and can continue
to develop, our Unitarian Universalist faith.

This year UUJA will conduct Shabbat services at 5:30 pm, Friday, June 26, 2009/4 Tammuz 5769, at Salon 3 at the Hilton Salt Lake City Center, which will include a reading by Rev. Mark Morrison-Reed, from his memoir “Integration Baby,” published by Skinner House, which describes his first Passover seder, and how his perspective as an Afro-American informed that experience.
